SHIPPING POLICY

At the moment we only ship to Puerto Rico and United States of America.

Processing Time

Please read the shipping policy and shipping instructions in the products descriptions.  Some products are going to be Ready to Ship and others are going to be Made to Order.  If the product is ready to ship it will take 5-7 days for fulfillment and then we will ship the product.  If the product is Made to Order PLEASE read all the information related to that made to order release when the Listing is Live in the online store.  

We don’t ship on weekends.  Also weekends and holidays are going affect the shipping process by the postal services.

General Information

• Always double check your shipping address, once the package is out for delivery we can’t make any changes.
• If your package has a tracking number indicates it has arrive, but you can’t locate your package. Please communicate with us, so we can open a reclaim under the tracking number assigned.
• Investigations of lost packages can take a few days, as soon as we have the final results of the investigation we will let you know.

Order Cancelation

Sadly we can’t cancel your order.  At the time you cancel, your order might be on the way already and we can’t take back the products.
